The 32-well fluorescence quantitative PCR system is equipped with the 4-channel quantitative PCR instrument. The experimental process was monitored in real time through fluorescence excitation and acquisition, the experimental process data were drawn into a fluorescence curve, and presented on the display interface of the instrument in real time, and the experimental data were fitted and analyzed. The target nucleic acids contained in the biological samples (such as blood, body fluids, etc.) are analyzed quickly and accurately in qualitative and quantitative analysis. At the same time, the standard curve, melting curve and genotyping can also be analyzed for special samples. Two tests do not interfere with each other. The four-channel dual-module design of the product itself, real-time and highly sensitive fluorescence measurement, can be freely matched with the experiment, can achieve the same dual-module.
